Description

  • Oversee client accounts, projects, and engagements, including work plans, staffing, timelines, budgets, and integrated project plans.
  • Lead Salesforce configurations and take a hands-on role in the implementation process.
  • Serve as the primary driver of the project and actively complete configuration tasks.
  • Own the technical aspects of the project to ensure successful implementation.
  • Guide customers through change management and support a smooth transition.
  • Maintain delivery quality while overseeing junior team members and managing project risks and issues.
  • Coordinate scheduling for configuration, testing, go-live preparation, and third-party app or integration implementations.
  • Perform business analysis to design and implement Salesforce within the client's environment.
  • Manage solution design, approvals, development, and final testing.
  • Assist with baseline SOWs and change orders as needed.
  • Contribute to firm-approved AI-enabled client solutions and collaborate on compliant opportunities to improve processes.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of professional services experience.
  • Experience implementing Salesforce, configuring Salesforce, leading Salesforce optimization projects, and providing Salesforce managed services.
  • Experience across planning, delegation, process discovery, functional and technical design, training, testing, go-live support, and project management.
  • Proven expertise in business process analysis and solution design.
  • Strong preference for experience configuring Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Salesforce CPQ+.
  • Ability to oversee multiple projects, schedules, and tasks concurrently with timely delivery.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Success in building and developing strong client relationships.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field from an accredited university.
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (SCA).
  • Comfort with responsibly exploring and adopting firm-approved AI tools.
  • Openness to learning and applying emerging technologies, including AI and automation, in alignment with firm policies and client standards.
