Description

  • Develop Salesforce server-side code in Apex to integrate operational systems and enhance business logic.
  • Design, develop, and document APIs for partners and development teams.
  • Lead or participate in technical design sessions and create solution documentation aligned with business objectives.
  • Build Salesforce client-side visualizations using Angular, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and JavaScript.
  • Analyze data to assess the correctness and effectiveness of integrations.
  • Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions leveraging Salesforce platform capabilities and integrations.
  • Lead small teams of developers by providing supervision, mentoring, and feedback.
  • Develop, test, and document custom development, integrations, and data migration components for Salesforce implementations.
  • Create and execute test plans to support quality delivery.
  • Enforce coding standards, participate in code reviews, and ensure appropriate design patterns are followed.
  • Estimate work and create work breakdown structures for assigned tasks.
  • Identify new Salesforce product capabilities and educate stakeholders on how they can be used.
  • Contribute to firm-approved AI-enabled solutions and collaborate on compliant opportunities to improve client and internal processes.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience with Visualforce, Apex, HTML, CSS, JavaScript (jQuery), and other SFDC components.
  • 2+ years of experience with Salesforce object design, SOQL, and SOSL.
  • 1+ year of hands-on development experience in Java, .Net, and/or Python.
  • Experience using out-of-the-box Salesforce functionality and building custom solutions with the platform’s frameworks and APIs.
  • Proficiency with Git, continuous integration, and other development tools.
  • Proficiency with SQL, ETL, data pipelines, and systems integrations.
  • Strong ability to use and author REST APIs.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work as a team player.
  • Comfort with responsibly exploring and adopting firm-approved AI tools.
  • Openness to learning and applying emerging technologies, including AI and automation, in alignment with firm policies and client standards.
  • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I required.
  • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II required.
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator required.
  • Experience in a consulting or professional services environment preferred.
