Description

  • Manage NetSuite support tickets from intake and triage through resolution and client communication.
  • Support the full optimization lifecycle, including scoping, configuration, testing, and implementation of NetSuite enhancements.
  • Work directly with clients to diagnose issues and reconfigure NetSuite to meet business expectations.
  • Collaborate with the Support & Optimization Manager and Lead to deliver work on time and within scope.
  • Identify support risks and issues, escalate appropriately, and contribute to mitigation strategies.
  • Document, prioritize, and resolve tickets within agreed timeframes while maintaining client satisfaction.
  • Participate in post-engagement reviews and contribute to continuous service delivery improvement.
  • Serve as a subject matter resource for NetSuite financial and operational configurations.
  • Contribute to firm-approved AI-enabled solutions in accordance with data protection, IP, and professional standards.
  • Monitor emerging AI tools and collaborate with leadership on compliant opportunities to improve client solutions and internal processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience working with NetSuite, including support, configuration, or implementation experience.
  • NetSuite Suite Foundation, Administrator, or ERP Consultant Certification preferred, or equivalent experience.
  • Working knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes, including GL, AR, AP, and financial reporting.
  • Consulting firm experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational and task management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent tickets and projects.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build client relationships and collaborate with internal teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve NetSuite configuration issues.
  • Comfort with AI and demonstrated ability to responsibly explore firm-approved AI tools.
  • Must be based in the Philippines and available for a fully remote role.
