Description

  • Own end-to-end customer delivery, including scoping, implementation, acceptance, deployment, and adoption-ready handoff.
  • Lead strategic and complex enterprise customer programs while partnering with Sales, Product, Engineering, Support, Finance, and customer teams.
  • Build and scale a technically capable Services organization covering data ingestion, integrations, platform configuration, analytics, AI workflows, agents, testing, and enablement.
  • Establish methodologies for moving AI and agent use cases from discovery and prototypes into secure, reliable production deployments.
  • Define Services and Engineering engagement models and reduce avoidable Engineering dependency.
  • Develop repeatable delivery models for onboarding, integrations, AI deployment, acceptance, hypercare, Managed Services, and post-go-live transition.
  • Own Services utilization, billability, revenue, margins, resource planning, capacity, and change-order discipline.
  • Build recurring Managed Services offerings for data validation, analytics, administration, AI optimization, monitoring, and adoption support.
  • Ensure implementations have clear go-live dates, success criteria, adoption objectives, technical ownership, and post-launch responsibilities.
  • Improve time-to-value, delivery predictability, customer satisfaction, AI/agent production readiness, and business outcomes.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Professional Services, enterprise SaaS implementation, consulting, Managed Services, customer delivery leadership, or forward-deployed technology roles.
  • Experience leading complex enterprise programs from discovery and solution design through production deployment, adoption, and measurable outcomes.
  • Experience building or scaling Services teams and delivery models for technically complex SaaS, data, AI, or agentic products.
  • Strong operating discipline across governance, resourcing, utilization, delivery quality, margins, and change management.
  • Knowledge of modern enterprise data platforms and architectures; Databricks experience is strongly preferred.
  • Experience with APIs, enterprise integrations, data ingestion, analytics workflows, and cloud environments.
  • Hands-on knowledge of generative AI and agentic systems, including orchestration, evaluation, testing, guardrails, observability, human-in-the-loop patterns, and production readiness.
  • Ability to take enterprise AI use cases from pilot to production and distinguish Services, configuration, Product, and Engineering work.
  • Strong understanding of evaluation, monitoring, iteration, and operational safeguards for probabilistic AI systems.
  • Strong executive communication, customer leadership, commercial judgment, and Services economics expertise.
  • Experience leading distributed or global delivery teams and working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, Support, Customer teams, and Finance.
  • Preferred: experience with Managed Services, productized Professional Services, supply chain or related industries, U.S./India delivery models, or enterprise AI and data-platform companies.
