Description

  • Own end-to-end customer delivery, including scoping, implementation, acceptance, deployment, and handoff.
  • Lead strategic and complex enterprise customer programs while ensuring feasible scope, timelines, dependencies, and success criteria.
  • Build and scale a technically capable Professional Services organization for enterprise implementations and AI/agent deployments.
  • Establish methodologies for designing, configuring, testing, evaluating, governing, monitoring, and improving AI agents in production.
  • Define the Services and Engineering engagement model and reduce avoidable Engineering dependency.
  • Develop repeatable delivery models covering onboarding, integrations, AI deployments, hypercare, Managed Services, change orders, and post-go-live adoption.
  • Own Services utilization, billability, revenue, margins, capacity planning, pricing discipline, and change-order management.
  • Build recurring Managed Services offerings for data validation, analytics, technical enablement, AI optimization, monitoring, and platform administration.
  • Partner with Sales, Product, Engineering, Support, Finance, and customer teams to deliver measurable outcomes and reusable implementation capabilities.
  • Ensure adoption-ready handoffs with clear completion criteria, usage objectives, customer success measures, and post-go-live ownership.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Professional Services, enterprise SaaS implementation, consulting, Managed Services, customer delivery leadership, or forward-deployed technology roles.
  • Experience leading complex enterprise programs from discovery and solution design through production deployment, adoption, and measurable outcomes.
  • Experience building or scaling Services teams and delivery models for technically complex SaaS, data, AI, or agentic products.
  • Strong operating discipline across governance, resourcing, utilization, delivery quality, margin, and change management.
  • Working knowledge of modern enterprise data platforms and architectures; Databricks experience is strongly preferred.
  • Experience with APIs, enterprise integrations, data ingestion, analytics workflows, and cloud environments.
  • Hands-on knowledge of generative AI and agentic systems, including orchestration, evaluation, testing, guardrails, observability, human-in-the-loop patterns, and production readiness.
  • Experience taking enterprise AI use cases from pilot to production at scale and managing the operational differences between deterministic software and probabilistic AI systems.
  • Ability to translate business problems into executable AI/agent solutions and distinguish Services, configuration, Product, and Engineering work.
  • Strong executive communication, customer leadership, commercial judgment, cross-functional collaboration, and experience leading distributed or global teams.
  • Preferred experience in enterprise AI, agentic AI, data-intensive SaaS, supply chain, manufacturing, logistics, compliance, risk management, Managed Services, or U.S./India delivery models.
