Description

  • Lead technical integration work and serve as a trusted expert for complex multi-system architectures.
  • Design, build, test, and deploy integrations using iPaaS tools such as Boomi, Celigo, Workato, MuleSoft, or similar platforms.
  • Develop real-time and scheduled integrations for order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, billing, financials, and master data synchronization.
  • Use public APIs, web services, scripting, and data transformation techniques to meet integration requirements.
  • Implement error handling, logging, monitoring, and retry mechanisms to improve integration reliability.
  • Collaborate with functional consultants, solution architects, and clients to translate business requirements into technical designs.
  • Gather requirements and participate in solution design sessions with internal teams and clients.
  • Create and maintain integration design documentation, data mappings, process flows, and technical specifications.
  • Support unit, system, and user acceptance testing, and troubleshoot issues across development, test, and production environments.
  • Provide post-go-live support, contribute to reusable integration standards, and help lead project priorities across multiple concurrent engagements.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of hands-on experience developing system integrations using an iPaaS or middleware platform.
  • Experience integrating multiple systems and working with APIs, data structures, and common business processes.
  • Strong understanding of REST/SOAP APIs, JSON/XML, authentication methods, and data transformation concepts.
  • Experience in implementation or consulting environments with multiple concurrent projects.
  • Comfort responsibly using firm-approved AI tools to improve productivity and innovation.
  • Open to learning and applying emerging technologies, including AI and automation, in line with firm and client policies.
  • Preferred: NetSuite SuiteScript development experience (1.0 / 2.x).
  • Preferred: Experience with EDI, SFTP, or SQL.
  • Preferred: Experience integrating NetSuite with Salesforce, Coupa, Avalara, or other financial and operational systems.
  • Preferred: NetSuite certifications such as SuiteFoundation, Administrator, or Developer, or equivalent experience.
  • Preferred: Exposure to private equity–backed, high-growth, or complex multi-system environments.
