Description

  • Contribute to complex private equity-backed technology transformations, including carveouts, rollups, acquisitions, and rapid scaling.
  • Design and govern future-state technical architectures across NetSuite, Salesforce, and adjacent enterprise platforms.
  • Lead integration design and delivery across APIs, middleware, and event-driven architectures.
  • Partner with development teams to ensure secure, performant solutions and well-designed data flows.
  • Act as a trusted technical advisor in client-facing discussions and align technical designs with business outcomes.
  • Communicate technical trade-offs clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Contribute to firm-approved AI-enabled client solutions in line with data protection, intellectual property, and professional standards.
  • Identify compliant opportunities to enhance client solutions and internal processes using emerging AI tools and techniques.
  • Support business development by networking, joining proposal teams, and generating leads.
  • Mentor team members, provide feedback and performance reviews, help resolve complex project issues, and support hiring and retention efforts.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of prior NetSuite experience in a professional services environment.
  • 2+ years of recent experience advising private equity and/or PE-backed clients.
  • Experience architecting multi-system environments with complex integrations and best-in-breed partner solutions.
  • Prior experience with one or more of these tools: NetSuite, Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, ServiceTitan, Celigo, MuleSoft, or Boomi.
  • Demonstrated ability to responsibly explore and adopt firm-approved AI tools.
  • Openness to learning and applying emerging technologies, including AI and automation, in alignment with firm policies and client standards.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% as needed.
  • Experience mentoring and developing junior team members and resolving multifaceted issues.
  • Consistent success in building and developing strong client relationships.
  • CPA or CA certification preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
