Description

  • Write clean and efficient code for Android applications.
  • Monitor live app performance and optimize code-level behavior.
  • Identify and resolve bottlenecks, bugs, and performance issues.
  • Perform unit and instrumentation testing on application code.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and design new features.
  • Work alongside engineers across different layers of the infrastructure.
  • Stay current with mobile technology trends, applications, and protocols.

Requirements

  • Prior experience as an Android Developer using Kotlin, Java, Android SDK, and reactive programming.
  • Knowledge of SOLID principles.
  • Experience publishing an application to the Google Play Store.
  • Proven experience with mobile architecture and design patterns such as MVVM, MVC, or MVP.
  • Familiarity with Firebase integrations.
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs for Android application integration.
  • Understanding of Google’s Android design principles and interface guidelines.
  • Proficient with code versioning tools such as Git.
  • Familiarity with continuous integration tools such as Bitrise and Fastlane.
  • Familiarity with various testing tools.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
