Description

  • Coordinate with hiring managers to identify ongoing recruitment needs.
  • Post job vacancies on diverse international platforms.
  • Source and headhunt candidates through online channels, including social platforms and professional networks.
  • Screen candidates to assess fit with the required profile.
  • Plan and conduct preliminary interviews.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.
  • Follow up with candidates through the hiring process until placement.
  • Support full-cycle recruiting for client roles.

Requirements

  • Experience sourcing qualified candidates through multiple methods.
  • Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks.
  • Experience with full-cycle recruiting using interview techniques and evaluation methods.
  • Experience recruiting BPO profiles.
  • Ability to achieve monthly CBT budgets and attend weekly calls with a manager.
  • Minimum availability of 20 to 30 hours per week.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong, resilient, and proactive attitude.
  • Strong sense of commitment and responsibility.
  • Results-oriented mindset.
