Description

  • Draft and review legal and commercial documentation.
  • Support contract-related matters and ongoing commercial legal work.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies and client outcomes.
  • Assist attorneys with client communications and case-related information.
  • Maintain, organize, and update legal documents and case files.
  • Collaborate with commercial team pods and cross-functional teams on ongoing projects.
  • Handle administrative tasks that support the commercial team’s operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Law degree with a strong foundation in legal principles and practices.
  • Prior legal experience is required.
  • Commercial legal experience or experience supporting attorneys is strongly preferred.
  • Superior written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Ability to organize work independently, manage competing deadlines, and follow through on assignments.
  • Ability to recognize when attorney guidance or escalation is needed.
  • Comfort working within a U.S. legal context while applying international legal knowledge.
  • Strong organizational skills for managing large volumes of legal documents and data accurately.
  • U.S. bar admission is not required.
  • Availability to work from the country of residence within U.S. time zones.
