Description

  • Develop and execute a business plan to overachieve sales goals and territory targets.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through close and post-sale expansion.
  • Create customer-centric solutions and clearly articulate Cribl’s value proposition to technical and executive stakeholders (engineers to CxO).
  • Forecast sales pipeline predictably and meet or exceed sales targets and leading indicators.
  • Build and maintain strong, enduring relationships with customers and partners across the territory.
  • Create demand in the territory and sell un-budgeted solutions when required.
  • Sell through and collaborate with channel partners as part of a channel-led motion.
  • Occasionally perform duties outside standard working hours to support a remote-first, multi-time-zone organization.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of strategic security sales experience selling into Fortune-level/G2K organizations and engaging security (SIEM & observability) and IT decision-makers (CIOs/CISOs).
  • Proven track record of landing and expanding seven-figure deals.
  • Demonstrated success developing at least one new enterprise logo from scratch.
  • Experience selling through a channel-led motion and collaborating with partners.
  • Experience with MEDDIC sales methodology.
  • Experience working at (or with) at least one earlier-stage startup (<1000 employees) or demonstrated entrepreneurial skills.
  • Ability to create demand in a territory and sell un-budgeted solutions.
  • Must be based in and have a track record selling into the Pacific Northwest territory (remote-first role, local to territory).

  • Base salary range listed at $150,000–$165,000 (salary dependent on location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience).
