Description

  • Develop a business plan to overachieve assigned sales goals.
  • Own and manage the entire sales ecosystem from lead generation through closing deals.
  • Help customers understand and realize the value of Cribl throughout the sales process.
  • Articulate Cribl's value proposition to technical and executive stakeholders (engineers up to CxOs).
  • Forecast predictably, track leading indicators, and consistently hit sales targets.
  • Run and manage complex enterprise sales processes using proven methodologies.
  • Create demand in the territory and sell solutions that may be un-budgeted.
  • Work cross-functionally and across time zones, including occasional duties outside standard working hours; engage with channel partners as required.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of quota-carrying Enterprise Security sales experience calling on Security (SIEM & Observability) and IT personas (CISO/CIO).
  • Proven track record of landing 5+ new logos per year and running complex sales cycles.
  • Experience working at an earlier-stage startup (<1000 employees) or demonstrated entrepreneurial skills.
  • Experience selling through a channel-led motion.
  • Ability to create demand in a territory and sell un-budgeted solutions.
  • Background and familiarity with MEDDIC sales methodology.
  • This is a remote role based out of NYC and candidates should live local to the territory.
  • Comfortable working across time zones and occasionally performing duties outside standard working hours.
