Description

  • Develop a business plan to exceed sales goals for the assigned territory.
  • Manage the full sales lifecycle from lead generation through closing and onboarding.
  • Qualify opportunities and run complex sales processes to drive new logo acquisition.
  • Articulate Cribl’s value proposition to technical and executive stakeholders (engineers up to CxO).
  • Forecast sales pipeline predictably and meet or exceed sales targets and leading indicators.
  • Create demand in the territory, including selling un-budgeted solutions.
  • Engage and sell through channel partners as part of a channel-led motion.
  • Build and maintain strong, enduring customer relationships and customer-centric solutions.
  • Occasionally perform duties outside standard working hours to support a remote, multi–time-zone organization.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of quota-carrying enterprise security sales experience calling on Security (SIEM & Observability) and IT personas (CISO/CIO).
  • Proven track record of landing 5+ new logos per year and managing complex sales cycles.
  • Experience selling through a channel-led motion.
  • Experience working at or with earlier-stage startups (<1000 employees) or demonstrated entrepreneurial skills.
  • Ability to create demand and sell un-budgeted solutions in a territory.
  • Familiarity or background using MEDDIC as a qualification framework.
  • Must be based in Sweden and live local to the territory (remote role but location-bound).
  • Willingness to work occasional non-standard hours to accommodate customers and global teams.
