Description

  • Drive sales and revenue generation through direct and channel motions in the Public Sector market.
  • Build and accelerate pipeline generation within FSI/GSI and SLED go-to-market organizations.
  • Develop and manage relationships with Public Sector partners, including key executives and sales leaders.
  • Own forecasting and revenue tracking using Salesforce.com.
  • Collaborate with Executive, Technology Alliances, Marketing, Sales, and Public Sector Sales Leaders to identify and advance partner opportunities.
  • Create strategic partnership plans, structure partner relationships, and serve as the internal advocate for FSI/GSI partners.
  • Apply market trends, mission priorities, and partner goals to shape and close opportunities.
  • Support strategic initiatives across multiple territories, including Civilian, DoD, SLED, and Intel.

Requirements

  • 7-10 years of high-tech business development or channel experience in a high-growth startup environment.
  • Proven success implementing channel and field alliance strategies that significantly increase sales.
  • Strong Public Sector and Federal System Integrator community relationships.
  • Demonstrated revenue generation success in the Federal System Integrator / Public Sector space.
  • Proven history of exceeding sales quotas.
  • Strong Salesforce.com skills and the ability to forecast revenue accurately.
  • Experience with cloud software vendors and their strategies/business models.
  • Ability to work independently with little supervision and adapt to a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and strong in relationship and partner development.
  • BA/BS degree required; MBA or Master’s degree from a top university is a plus.
