Description

Provide expert QA guidance on business and quality parameters within project teams.
Develop, enhance, and modify the test automation framework based on project needs.
Review test cases, scripts, plans, and procedures for manual and automated testing.
Ensure manual and automated test execution follows defined standards and procedures.
Support business and QA activities, including requirement analysis and application QA.
Develop automation scripts for sprint user stories using tools such as Selenium, Java, TestNG, Jenkins, and Maven.
Perform regression and performance testing across application releases.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities.
Assist with recruiting software testing talent.

Requirements

BS degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a similar relevant field.
3-8 years of experience in automation testing.
Experience with automation testing tools such as Selenium, Cucumber, and Java.
Proficiency with automation frameworks such as JUnit, TestNG, Xunit, CodedUI, SpecFlow, PyUnit, or custom in-house frameworks.
Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
Hands-on experience with both white-box and black-box testing.
Solid knowledge of SQL and scripting.
Strong understanding of design patterns, multi-threaded systems, and automated unit testing.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, AWS, and cloud technologies including Docker and Kubernetes.
Experience with Web Service API and REST API testing.
Experience with Agile development methodologies, including Scrum.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
