Description

  • Provide expert QA guidance on business and quality parameters within project teams.
  • Develop, enhance, and modify the test automation framework based on project needs.
  • Review test cases, scripts, plans, and procedures for manual and automated testing.
  • Ensure manual and automated test execution follows defined standards and procedures.
  • Support business and QA activities, including requirement analysis and application QA.
  • Develop automation scripts for sprint user stories using tools such as Selenium, Java, TestNG, Jenkins, and Maven.
  • Perform regression and performance testing across application releases.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities.
  • Assist with recruiting software testing talent.

Requirements

  • BS degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a similar relevant field.
  • 3-8 years of experience in automation testing.
  • Experience with automation testing tools such as Selenium, Cucumber, and Java.
  • Proficiency with automation frameworks such as JUnit, TestNG, Xunit, CodedUI, SpecFlow, PyUnit, or custom in-house frameworks.
  • Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Hands-on experience with both white-box and black-box testing.
  • Solid knowledge of SQL and scripting.
  • Strong understanding of design patterns, multi-threaded systems, and automated unit testing.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, AWS, and cloud technologies including Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Experience with Web Service API and REST API testing.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies, including Scrum.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
