Description

  • Analyze business requirements and estimate assigned tasks.
  • Write code, unit tests, and backend components for software applications.
  • Develop RESTful APIs and front-end interfaces for web applications.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate status updates to clients.
  • Tune code for improved security, performance, and stability.
  • Maintain systems by fixing existing issues and updating issue tracking tools.
  • Control code versions and use collaboration tools to support development workflows.
  • Research new technologies and upgrade personal skills and knowledge.
  • Lead a team of software engineers and mentor junior team members through training and guidance.
  • Evaluate candidates for open positions and support team growth.

Requirements

  • Minimum bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or an equivalent field.
  • 3-5 years of related professional experience.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript technologies.
  • Knowledge of NodeJS and frameworks such as ExpressJS and NestJS.
  • Experience writing backend components and RESTful APIs.
  • Experience with relational and schemaless databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.
  • Experience developing user interfaces with HTML and CSS.
  • Experience with ReactJS, Redux, and Context.
  • Experience with design systems such as Material-UI or Atomize.
  • Understanding of security standards and compliances.
  • Experience creating database structures for required functionality.
  • Experience writing unit tests and achieving at least 90% test coverage.
  • Experience with GitHub, JIRA, and other collaboration tools.
  • Understanding of fundamental concepts and design principles.
  • Basic understanding of front-end technologies.
  • Flexible attitude and versatile personality.
  • Strong influence among team members.
