Description

  • Build and improve AI pipelines for client performance insights and internal operations.
  • Develop and tune AI communication pipelines that classify inbound messages and generate contextual responses.
  • Implement and maintain RAG systems, including retrieval quality, chunking, hybrid search, and vector database workflows.
  • Design AI-powered sales intelligence tools that turn enrichment data into structured pre-call briefs.
  • Extend multi-agent content quality systems with audit steps, quality gates, and support for new content formats.
  • Build automated lead qualification workflows, including enrichment, scoring, qualification grading, and audit reporting.
  • Create and maintain AI executive assistant workflows for Slack, scheduling, and autonomous email triage.
  • Add observability, tracing, dashboards, and monitoring for AI metrics, usage, cost, latency, and performance.
  • Debug classification errors and improve model accuracy across deployed LLM systems.
  • Process trend data from feeds and search sources to generate reports, forecasts, and content drafts.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of TypeScript / Node.js experience.
  • Production experience with Claude or OpenAI in live systems.
  • Hands-on RAG system experience, including embeddings, retrieval, chunking, and context handling.
  • Strong React skills, including component architecture, state management, and performance optimization.
  • Experience with PostgreSQL, including queries, migrations, indexing, and query optimization.
  • Experience with API integrations such as REST, OAuth, and webhooks.
  • Linux server experience, including SSH, log analysis, debugging, and deployments.
  • Nice to have: experience with AWS Lambda, Terraform, Docker, Amazon SP-API, Slack bots, and Playwright.
  • Strong pluses include multi-agent LLM systems and orchestration, Anthropic Claude expertise, vector search tools like pgvector or Pinecone, ad platform APIs, LLM observability, Amazon/eCommerce experience, and AI-assisted dev tools.
  • Core stack includes TypeScript, Node.js, React/Next.js, n8n, PostgreSQL, CI/CD, and Claude Code.
