Description

  • Provide expert guidance on business and quality parameters.
  • Develop and enhance the test automation framework based on project needs.
  • Review manual and automated test cases, scripts, plans, and procedures.
  • Ensure manual and automation test execution follows defined standards and procedures.
  • Manage and coordinate business and QA activities for software development, including requirement analysis and application QA.
  • Develop automation scripts for sprint user stories using tools such as Selenium, Java, TestNG, Appium, Jenkins, and Maven.
  • Support regression and performance testing across application releases.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities.
  • Help recruit software testing talent for the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a similar relevant field.
  • 8-10 years of experience in automation testing.
  • Experience with automation testing tools such as Selenium, Cucumber, and Java, as well as data structures and algorithm design.
  • Proficiency with automation frameworks such as JUnit, TestNG, Xunit, CodedUI, SpecFlow, PyUnit, or custom in-house frameworks.
  • Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Hands-on experience with both white-box and black-box testing.
  • Solid knowledge of SQL and scripting.
  • Expert knowledge of design patterns, multi-threaded systems, and automated unit testing.
  • Strong experience with CI/CD pipelines, AWS, and cloud technologies including Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Knowledge of Web Service API and REST API.
  • Experience working in Agile development methodologies, including Scrum.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
