Description

  • Ensure adherence to SLAs under the contract and communicate service status clearly.
  • Lead urgent issues and projects, including coordinating staffing resources as needed.
  • Document system configurations, processes, and tools used by the team.
  • Collaborate with development engineering to build and deploy CI/CD infrastructure.
  • Develop, implement, and support quality assurance, development, and other environments.
  • Deploy and support applications in cloud environments.
  • Maintain infrastructure security, reliability, scalability, and automation.
  • Provide direct server support during deployment and production operations.
  • Work with developers to ensure new environments meet requirements and best practices.
  • Design, implement, test, and automate infrastructure, Linux application deployment, and security settings.
  • Evaluate candidates for open positions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a similar relevant field.
  • Minimum 8 years of related professional experience.
  • Experience with tools such as Jenkins, Azure, App Center, CloudFormation, Terraform, Ansible, Subversion, and Docker, or similar tools.
  • Knowledge of RDBMS and NoSQL platforms such as MySQL, MSSQL, MongoDB, ElasticSearch, Redis, or Elasticsearch.
  • Experience using Windows Servers on VMware, IIS, MSSQL, and MongoDB.
  • Advanced scripting experience in Python, Ruby, Bash, or PowerShell.
  • Strong experience with Linux distributions including RHEL 8, CentOS, Ubuntu, and Amazon Linux.
  • Experience working closely with development teams to help automate and optimize workflows.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Flexible attitude and versatile personality.
