Description

  • Design and deliver mobile features end to end across Flutter and native Android/iOS layers.
  • Build reusable components and business features using device capabilities, REST APIs, and offline functionality.
  • Own technical design and feature quality, including data flows, edge cases, and testing.
  • Develop cross-platform-to-native integrations through platform channels.
  • Investigate and resolve production issues involving platform behavior, performance, and synchronization.
  • Review code and improve engineering guidelines, reusable components, and internal tooling.
  • Conduct technical research, prototypes, and validation for new capabilities.
  • Mentor middle and junior engineers through code reviews, pairing, and knowledge sharing.
  • Collaborate with engineering leadership, QA, and Product to define practical technical solutions.
  • Contribute to AI-assisted engineering practices and occasionally support .NET/C# or Angular/TypeScript components.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of professional software development experience, including 3+ years in mobile development.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Flutter and Dart.
  • Experience integrating cross-platform modules with native Android and iOS applications and platform-specific functionality.
  • Hands-on experience with JavaScript and TypeScript.
  • Understanding of state management and unidirectional data flow, such as BLoC.
  • Knowledge of Clean Architecture, SOLID principles, dependency injection, and modular design.
  • Experience with REST APIs, JSON, local persistence, and offline or synchronization scenarios.
  • Familiarity with at least one native mobile technology: Java, Kotlin, Objective-C, or Swift.
  • Strong unit and widget testing practices, plus experience with Git, CI/CD, automated testing, and static analysis.
  • Upper-Intermediate (B2) English or higher; AI-assisted development exposure or strong interest is required.
  • Backend C#/.NET or web Angular/TypeScript experience, SDK development, metadata-driven UI, or enterprise mobile application experience is preferred.
  • Experience with device integrations, real-time communication, analytics, accessibility, localization, or enterprise mobility requirements is preferred.
