Description

  • Lead the end-to-end development lifecycle of the SaaS platform, from design and implementation to deployment and maintenance.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of Full Stack Engineers through coaching, feedback, and knowledge sharing.
  • Define and drive the technical strategy for AI integration in collaboration with product and data teams.
  • Evaluate AI models, frameworks, and APIs and oversee AI proof-of-concepts to validate new ideas.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Drive architectural decisions and establish coding standards and best practices for scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
  • Conduct code reviews, enforce quality standards, and promote continuous improvement through testing and automation.
  • Identify technical debt, scalability bottlenecks, and optimization opportunities, and lead initiatives to address them.
  • Champion security and compliance initiatives and help implement robust security measures.
  • Stay current on emerging technologies and assess their relevance to the platform.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated leadership experience in a technical role leading and mentoring engineering teams on complex SaaS applications.
  • 8+ years of relevant full-stack development experience, with hands-on experience using Node.js and related technologies.
  • Proficiency with Node.js, Vue.js, GraphQL, MongoDB, Docker, and TypeScript.
  • Hands-on experience building and deploying AI-driven applications or features using APIs and machine learning models.
  • Strong understanding of AI concepts such as NLP, recommendation engines, chatbots, or intelligent automation.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud and architecting scalable, resilient applications.
  • In-depth knowledge of Test-Driven Development, unit, integration, and functional testing, and related automation tools.
  • Strong understanding of OOP principles, SOLID principles, and design patterns.
  • Knowledge of web security best practices and experience implementing compliance-related security measures.
  • Experience with Nest.js is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a proactive, results-oriented way.
  • Passion for continuous learning and staying updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.
