Description

  • Lead the end-to-end development lifecycle of the SaaS platform from design through deployment and maintenance.
  • Provide technical leadership, coaching, and mentorship to a team of Full Stack Engineers.
  • Define and drive the technical strategy for AI integration across the platform.
  • Evaluate AI models, frameworks, and APIs and oversee proof-of-concepts to validate new ideas.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, data teams, and other stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Drive architectural decisions and establish coding standards and best practices.
  • Conduct code reviews and promote quality through testing methodologies and automation.
  • Identify technical debt, scalability bottlenecks, and optimization opportunities, and lead initiatives to address them.
  • Champion security and compliance initiatives and ensure adherence to industry regulations and best practices.
  • Stay current on emerging technologies and assess their relevance for the platform.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of relevant full-stack development experience using Node.js and related technologies.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience leading and mentoring engineering teams on complex SaaS applications.
  • Hands-on experience with front-end and back-end technologies including Node.js, Vue.js, GraphQL, MongoDB, Docker, and TypeScript.
  • Experience building and deploying AI-driven applications or features using APIs and machine learning models.
  • Strong understanding of AI concepts such as NLP, recommendation engines, chatbots, or intelligent automation tools.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud and with architecting scalable, resilient applications.
  • Deep knowledge of TDD, unit testing, integration testing, functional testing, and testing automation tools.
  • Solid understanding of OOP, SOLID principles, and design patterns.
  • Experience implementing web security best practices and compliance measures.
  • Nest.js experience is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work across cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a proactive, results-oriented approach.
  • Passion for continuous learning and staying current with emerging technologies and industry trends.
