Description

  • Participate in the design and development of AI-powered financial trading agent capabilities based on Web3 data.
  • Integrate AI trading systems into practical production use cases.
  • Perform post-training of large language models using techniques such as SFT and RL to improve use of Binance's internal trading skills.
  • Assist in building and maintaining benchmark datasets to evaluate AI system performance.
  • Help build and iterate workflow prototypes for financial AI agent systems.
  • Work closely with senior engineers on system design, integration, and deployment.
  • Contribute to the development of large-scale model and intelligent agent solutions for trading workflows.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Financial Engineering, Automation, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience with post-training techniques such as Supervised Fine-Tuning (SFT) and Reinforcement Learning (RLHF / RLAIF).
  • Familiarity with fine-tuning and reinforcement learning frameworks such as Llama Factory, Slime, Verl, and OpenRLHF.
  • Experience with at least one mainstream deep learning framework such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
  • Experience with LLM training and evaluation toolkits such as Hugging Face Transformers, DeepSpeed, or vLLM.
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong willingness to learn quickly.
  • Ability to commit at least 6 months and work 5 days per week.
