Description

  • Assist in developing and implementing employee engagement initiatives and programs.
  • Support HR in gathering and analyzing employee feedback through surveys and focus groups.
  • Coordinate team-building activities and events to foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Help maintain HR communication channels and keep employees informed about engagement activities.
  • Assist in the organization of onboarding programs to improve new employee experiences.
  • Collaborate with different departments to promote inclusion and diversity across the organization.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or a recent graduate.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace.
  • Keen attention to detail.
  • Proactive, willing to take initiative, and able to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
  • Must be based in the Philippines.
