Description

  • Collaborate with the Networks Lead to monitor and manage aggregator and wholesaler partner performance.
  • Analyze production data to identify trends, performance gaps, and opportunities for increased submissions and premium growth.
  • Prepare and maintain performance reports, scorecards, and other tools that provide actionable insights for the Networks vertical.
  • Support day-to-day partner relationship management by coordinating follow-ups, gathering feedback, and assisting with engagement initiatives.
  • Evaluate current and prospective network partners and provide research and recommendations based on market opportunity and strategic fit.
  • Coordinate internal communication between underwriting, marketing, and other teams to address partner needs and resolve operational issues.
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of processes and workflows to improve efficiency and effectiveness within the Networks vertical.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced project management environment and/or delivering consulting projects in customer-facing roles; insurance industry experience is a plus.
  • Experience onboarding and guiding new customers toward realizing and repeating value.
  • Proven ability to manage a portfolio of accounts with strong prioritization and multitasking skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to discuss technical details and business strategy in the same conversation.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels, including executive and C-level.
  • Exceptional phone and video presence with professional communication skills.
  • Proven ability to remain composed when faced with difficult issues and tight deadlines.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $62,000 to $80,000 per year.
