Description

  • Lead Coveo platform implementations by defining scope, objectives, milestones, and success criteria.
  • Serve as the primary delivery lead and trusted advisor for customer stakeholders throughout the implementation lifecycle.
  • Coordinate customer stakeholders, internal experts, and project resources while managing expectations.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, tracking budgets, timelines, dependencies, and deliverables.
  • Manage project changes, assess impacts, and implement mitigation strategies to reduce delays and risks.
  • Communicate project status through reports, governance meetings, and executive updates.
  • Identify, document, mitigate, and escalate project risks as needed.
  • Partner with architects, developers, and technical stakeholders to translate business requirements into user stories and implementation decisions.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience managing large-scale information technology implementation projects.
  • At least 5 years of experience gathering requirements, producing technical documentation, and coordinating quality assurance activities.
  • Strong understanding of the technical challenges involved in cloud-based software solutions and web applications.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, organizational, and communication skills in complex customer-facing environments.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate effectively with developers, architects, business stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
  • Strong English communication skills for working with English-speaking customers and stakeholders across North America and global markets.
  • Experience with Agile delivery methodologies and tools such as Jira and Azure DevOps (preferred).
  • Project management certifications such as PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent (preferred).
  • Experience with web development or software engineering (preferred).
  • Knowledge of enterprise search, indexing technologies, Salesforce ecosystems, or tools such as Certinia or Mavenlink (preferred).
  • Experience working in a consulting, professional services, or customer implementation environment (preferred).
