Description

  • Shape a differentiated brand narrative connecting Coveo’s product vision, market shift, and customer outcomes for enterprise buyers.
  • Build and scale a global communications function in stages, starting with North America and expanding into Europe and Australia.
  • Develop and run the earned-media strategy across business and tech press, podcasts, and other buyer-relevant channels.
  • Lead agency partnerships and direct communications investment toward measurable outcomes.
  • Turn marquee customers into memorable, repeatable proof points and customer stories.
  • Own Coveo’s social presence and define a confident, credible brand voice.
  • Align marketing, product, and sales around one unified story and equip executives to communicate it effectively.
  • Drive integrated communications for product launches, Gartner Magic Quadrants, partnerships, and major announcements.
  • Coach C-level executives and help build thought-leadership platforms.
  • Balance strategy and execution by setting the communications vision and securing placements.

Requirements

  • Deep experience in enterprise B2B technology or SaaS communications.
  • Experience building communications programs from the ground up.
  • Ability to translate complex technology into clear, compelling narratives.
  • Strong collaboration across product, sales, and marketing functions.
  • Experience directing agencies and budgets toward business outcomes.
  • Comfort balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution.
  • Genuine curiosity about AI and how it is reshaping the enterprise.
  • Track record of elevating the profile of a strong but underexposed company (preferred).
  • Experience launching narratives in emerging or fast-defining categories (preferred).
  • Range across earned, social, and paid channels, with awareness of where attention is moving (preferred).
  • Comfort coaching C-level executives and building thought-leadership platforms (preferred).
