Description

  • Own and grow a portfolio of enterprise strategic accounts as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
  • Build and expand executive-level relationships with C-suite, CIO, senior IT, and digital leaders.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned to customer business objectives.
  • Drive expansion, retention, and incremental revenue within named enterprise accounts.
  • Lead complex global negotiations and navigate procurement processes to close high-value opportunities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Marketing, Product, Renewals, and Support.
  • Consistently meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction and long-term retention.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience exceeding quota in enterprise software or SaaS, with a focus on expanding existing accounts.
  • Proven experience selling AI, big data, or cloud solutions to global enterprises.
  • Strong executive presence and experience engaging C-suite and senior technology leaders.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and manage a strategic pipeline within named enterprise accounts.
  • Experience managing highly complex, global strategic accounts (preferred).
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to align technical solutions to measurable business outcomes (preferred).
  • Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders internally and externally (preferred).
  • Experience in high-growth, fast-paced environments with a collaborative mindset (preferred).
  • Passion and transferable skills are valued; candidates do not need to meet every qualification.
