Description

  • Define and drive product strategy for a high-priority area of the platform and own the roadmap.
  • Own the end-to-end content creation experience across Udemy and Coursera.
  • Make independent product decisions in a fast-moving environment and communicate rationale clearly to cross-functional partners.
  • Translate customer insights and market trends into scalable product solutions.
  • Lead execution from ideation and analysis through development and launch.
  • Partner with Engineering, Design, and Data teams to deliver AI-powered features and experiences.
  • Use data and customer feedback to inform decisions and continuously improve products.
  • Mentor peers and contribute to a high-performing product organization.

Requirements

  • Experience building, using, or experimenting with AI-driven products, including workflow automation, conversational AI, decision support, or agentic AI.
  • Experience transitioning products from traditional UI to AI-driven or AI-first experiences.
  • Demonstrated experience taking a product from zero to launch in an ambiguous environment.
  • Ability to define the problem, make the bet, build team confidence, and ship with clear learnings.
  • High standards across personal work, teammates, and product quality.
  • Preferred: Product leadership mindset that challenges safe bets and drives bold solutions.
  • Preferred: Strong aesthetic sensibility and close collaboration with UX designers.
  • Preferred: Understanding of creator psychology and experience building tools creators want to use.
  • Preferred: Commercial awareness and ability to connect product choices to revenue outcomes.
  • Preferred: Comfort operating in ambiguity and rapid technology change.
  • Preferred: Deep curiosity about customers, data, and feedback.
  • Eligible working rights in a country where Coursera has a legal entity.
  • Compatible timezone overlap with the team.
  • Familiarity with PM tools such as Jira, Figma, or generative AI tools is a plus.
