Description

  • Lead the product workstream end-to-end on enterprise transformation programs, including current-state assessments and future-state PDLC design.
  • Coach client product managers through the shift to AI-assisted development and strategic product orchestration.
  • Run discovery sessions with client stakeholders and shape delivery backlogs into signed Sprint Charters on prototype and build-enable engagements.
  • Write executable specs that drive prototype, MVP, and Sprint 1 delivery.
  • Design PM training curricula and lead enablement sessions during engagements.
  • Define and refine product-facing agents used for idea consolidation, spec generation, PM workflow automation, and agent prioritization.
  • Provide feedback to improve agent design, prompt configuration, and scoping frameworks.
  • Turn field patterns into improvements to workstream methodology, scoping frameworks, and future-state design templates.
  • Support pre-sales conversations related to product definition, sprint structure, and PDLC maturity assessment.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of product management experience, including meaningful time in a client-facing, embedded, or consulting role.
  • Experience working directly with product teams on discovery processes, PDLC design, and spec practices.
  • Experience or demonstrated capability using Agentic AI to facilitate product management activities.
  • Strong facilitation skills for running working sessions and driving toward signed-off decisions.
  • Ability to write clean, executable specs for client deliverables and coaching.
  • Technical fluency to scope prototypes with engineers and participate in architecture discussions.
  • Background in professional services, management consulting, or an embedded advisory role (preferred).
  • Experience redesigning how a product function works inside another organization (preferred).
  • Familiarity with AI-native product workflows, including spec-driven development, LLM-assisted requirements generation, or agentic product tooling (preferred).
  • Hands-on familiarity with Claude Code or equivalent AI-assisted development tooling (preferred).
  • Experience with PE portfolio company environments or enterprise engineering organizations navigating modernization (preferred).
  • No visa sponsorship available now or in the future.
