Description

  • Own the end-to-end product development lifecycle from discovery and prioritization through delivery, launch, and post-launch evaluation.
  • Design and operationalize AI-augmented workflows for spec generation, roadmap synthesis, release notes, retrospectives, and dependency mapping.
  • Champion an AI-first operating model across Product and Engineering and embed AI into day-to-day execution.
  • Define and enforce release gates, quality standards, launch readiness, enablement, and rollout protocols.
  • Run the operating rhythm for Product and Engineering, including sprint reviews, planning ceremonies, leadership syncs, and quarterly business reviews.
  • Serve as the primary architect and administrator of Jira, including hierarchy design, workflows, permissions, custom fields, automations, dashboards, and Advanced Roadmaps.
  • Drive adoption of Jira best practices for epics, stories, bugs, and cross-team dependencies.
  • Own the product tech stack and help establish a single source of truth for product and delivery data.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and KPI reporting for product performance, execution, delivery, profitability, spend allocation, and customer satisfaction.
  • Own the operational health of Support, including SLA frameworks, escalation workflows, and support-to-product feedback loops.
  • Build a closed-loop Voice of the Customer program between Support and Product to inform roadmap prioritization.
  • Partner with Customer Success and Product leadership to triage severe issues, manage incident response, and drive resolution.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in Product Operations, R&D Operations, or Technical Program Management within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Experience at a high-growth company with a multi-product portfolio is strongly preferred.
  • Deep, hands-on Jira expertise, including workflow design, automation, hierarchy design, and Advanced Roadmaps.
  • Experience migrating teams into Jira from scratch is a bonus.
  • Demonstrated success designing, implementing, and optimizing PDLC processes with measurable cross-functional adoption.
  • Current hands-on experience using AI tools in product operations work, including prompt-based research, spec drafting, retrospective synthesis, workflow automation, and analytics summarization.
  • Hands-on experience building and maintaining dashboards using Tableau, Looker, Metabase, or similar BI tools.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, including data modeling, KPI definition, and executive-level storytelling with data.
  • Exceptional communication skills with proven ability to operate at the C-suite level.
  • PMP, PgMP, or SAFe certification is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Jira Product Discovery and Jira Advanced Roadmaps is preferred.
  • Experience with customer feedback platforms such as Pendo, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or Productboard is preferred.
  • Experience owning or partnering on Support Operations, including tooling, SLA design, and product feedback loops, is preferred.
  • Background spanning both technical program management and product operations is preferred.
  • Experience scaling a Product Ops function from early-stage to growth is preferred.

  • Performance-based variable compensation with total on-target earnings of $180,000-$210,000 when goals are met.
