Description

  • Define the technical direction for core payment domains and evolve large-scale fintech systems.
  • Design, implement, and improve highly reliable backend services for large-volume payment traffic.
  • Own the stability, scalability, security, and performance of core payment services end to end.
  • Identify complex technical problems and develop fundamental solutions to improve payment speed and safety.
  • Lead the architecture of payment back-office, settlement, and reconciliation systems.
  • Collaborate closely with Accounting, Treasury, and other Fintech engineering teams.
  • Improve operational stability across payment-related systems and platforms.
  • Conduct code reviews, design reviews, and provide technical guidance to raise engineering standards across the organization.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of backend engineering experience.
  • Experience designing and operating large-scale distributed systems using Java/Kotlin and Spring Framework.
  • Proven ownership of one or more complex services or domains with a track record of driving improvements.
  • Strong system design ability with attention to performance, reliability, data consistency, and security.
  • Experience structuring ambiguous problems and making technical decisions that delivered business impact.
  • Ability to translate customer experience and business requirements into technical solutions with strong ownership.
  • Experience leading architecture design and migration in JPA- and MSA-based environments (preferred).
  • Experience in payment or fintech development and operations (preferred).
  • Experience responding to incidents, building monitoring systems, and improving SLAs in high-traffic environments (preferred).
  • Experience with large-scale data processing and strong settlement/reconciliation accuracy guarantees (preferred).
  • Experience demonstrating technical leadership in agile software development environments (preferred).
  • Experience influencing other engineers through technical judgment and system design decisions (preferred).
