Description

  • Lead product strategy for Coupang’s Video Marketing ecosystem and new programmatic products within Coupang Partners.
  • Own end-to-end optimization of video creatives, audience targeting, and programmatic bidding strategies.
  • Develop and drive initiatives that scale efficiently across the affiliate network and partner ecosystem.
  • Work closely with engineering, data science, and business teams to define and deliver product direction.
  • Partner on technical design decisions involving platforms, ML frameworks, scalability, and performance.
  • Use machine learning and generative AI to automate bidding, improve creative generation, and support campaign automation.
  • Take new ad products from concept through launch in a zero-to-one environment.
  • Influence senior stakeholders and lead cross-functional alignment without direct reporting authority.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business, management, marketing, information services, or a related quantitative field.
  • 7+ years of product management or program management experience in the Ad Tech industry.
  • 3+ years of end-to-end product delivery experience focused on video advertising or programmatic ecosystems.
  • Deep understanding of Programmatic DSPs, including RTB, exchanges, video ad serving, and cross-device targeting.
  • Proven experience operating as a high-impact individual contributor in cross-functional environments.
  • Track record of conceptualizing and launching new products and scaling them in affiliate or partner ecosystems.
  • Hands-on understanding of machine learning and generative AI for creative generation, bid optimization, and campaign automation.
  • Ability to collaborate deeply with engineers and data scientists on technical tradeoffs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for executive-level stakeholder management.
  • Exposure to multi-channel attribution, incremental sales lift, privacy by design, and performance measurement is a plus.
