Description

  • Work with account teams to define the engagement approach for Enterprise and Strategic customers.
  • Build trust and technical credibility with senior business, AI, and IT stakeholders.
  • Collaborate on customer visions and blueprints for procurement, finance, and supply chain transformation.
  • Develop architectures and proof of concepts that demonstrate the value of Coupa AI and related technologies.
  • Deliver technical presentations and discussions on platform strategy, AI architecture, cloud hosting, product architecture, security, compliance, integrations, and data management.
  • Create, review, and update technical assets such as presentations, digital materials, and videos.
  • Partner with the RFP team to address technology and security requirements in RFI and RFP responses.
  • Translate complex technology concepts into business-relevant explanations for C-level and technical audiences.
  • Support multiple simultaneous projects across different industry verticals.
  • Work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven presales environment.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a technical architect at a technology company, ideally in a presales role.
  • Strong technical aptitude with web-based applications and SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS cloud models.
  • Experience with infrastructure, architecture, AI, security, and integration concepts in enterprise environments.
  • Deep understanding of agentic AI and the broader AI landscape.
  • Ability to explain how AI works and how it uses customer data.
  • Experience with finance, procurement, and/or supply chain solutions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience developing and presenting clear, concise technical narratives.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects.
  • B.S. degree or equivalent experience.
  • Multilingual skills are a bonus.

  • Estimated pay range of $163,000 to $184,333 plus eligibility for commission.
