Description

  • Partner with stakeholders across Customer Success, Professional Services, Technical Support, and Marketing to identify business friction and design enablement programs.
  • Lead end-to-end enablement initiatives from scoping and design through delivery and impact measurement.
  • Drive an AI-first enablement strategy by identifying opportunities to automate workflows, synthesize data, and scale program delivery.
  • Design and deploy custom AI agents and automated workflows to provide real-time coaching and support to the global field organization.
  • Collaborate with Portfolio Managers, Instructional Designers, and Credentialing teams to create scalable, digital-first learning solutions.
  • Use data from Salesforce, Gong, Jira, Asana, and Highspot to identify trends, intervene on performance issues, and inform enablement decisions.
  • Measure and report on enablement effectiveness by integrating learning metrics into business tools and tying initiatives to KPIs.
  • Drive adoption of core sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, Value Selling, and Success Plans by embedding them into daily workflows.
  • Establish continuous feedback loops with the field to iterate on content and adapt to performance trends and competitive changes.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in Customer Experience, Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, General Enablement, or a similar GTM strategic role in a SaaS environment.
  • Demonstrated experience using AI platforms such as Gemini, Claude, or similar tools to automate workflows and scale delivery.
  • Experience with custom agent creation is a significant plus.
  • Strong consulting and diagnostic skills with the ability to influence senior leadership in complex matrix organizations.
  • Deep proficiency with Salesforce, Gong, Jira, Asana, and Highspot.
  • An AI-first mindset with a passion for using technology to solve complex business problems at scale.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple global projects simultaneously with strong ownership and resourcefulness.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% to support global teams.
