Description

  • Own territory sales activities in Switzerland with a sole focus on acquiring new business.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
  • Identify strategic opportunities and proactively generate leads in the Swiss market.
  • Collaborate with the Digital Sales Team and Partner Resellers on joint sales motions and go-to-market execution.
  • Engage key stakeholders across target organizations to navigate complex buying processes.
  • Close high-value deals and drive revenue growth through direct and partner-led sales approaches.
  • Develop strategies to expand Coupa’s footprint in Switzerland.
  • Represent Coupa as a leading spend management platform to prospects and decision-makers.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in enterprise software sales with a focus on new business acquisition in Switzerland.
  • Strong understanding of spend management, procurement, or financial SaaS solutions.
  • Experience working with partner resellers and digital sales teams to acquire new customers.
  • Ability to manage complex sales cycles and close high-value deals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Executive presence, self-motivation, and a results-driven approach.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Fluency in German and English required.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
