Description

  • Lead solution design for Coupa’s largest and most complex professional services implementations.
  • Serve as the design face and solution manager for major customer projects to drive optimal design quality across the Coupa suite.
  • Provide strategic guidance, knowledge transfer, and best practices to implementation teams.
  • Lead the Professional Services Center of Excellence to improve functional and business process enablement across delivery teams.
  • Act as a trusted advisor on Coupa implementation best practices across sales, services, customer success, and product management.
  • Conduct architectural design reviews to ensure delivery quality across internal and partner implementation teams.
  • Develop and implement standardized procedures, templates, and tools to improve delivery operations.
  • Own the overall design of customer implementations and advocate for industry and technology best practices.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customer stakeholders.
  • Coach and develop talent and collaborate with documentation and product management teams to improve content and product development.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of consulting experience in Procure-to-Pay and Source-to-Contract, in a procurement organization, consulting firm, or software provider.
  • Experience managing a professional services team through formal line management and/or leading global SaaS implementation projects.
  • Strong client management skills with the ability to execute rapid, successful implementation plans.
  • Experience supporting pre-sales, services scoping, and solutioning.
  • Deep understanding of project delivery methodologies and customer success principles.
  • Strong knowledge of Procurement and Finance processes and technologies, including inventory management, demand forecasting, purchasing, sourcing, contracting, invoicing, reporting, supplier relationship management, and third-party risk management.
  • Experience implementing technology solutions in industries such as Healthcare, Retail, Financial Services, Manufacturing, Utilities, and Oil & Gas.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with strong executive and stakeholder management experience across regions and cultures.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to translate customer business needs into application and operational requirements.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Prior senior consulting experience with competing applications such as Ariba, Ivalua, Jaegger, or GEP is a strong plus.
  • Experience building workshop plans, developing materials, and facilitating workshops to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Willingness to travel regionally and globally.
