Description

  • Maximize Solution Advisor (SA) performance and regional revenue attainment through active leadership and prioritization of activities.
  • Coordinate assignment, calendaring, and prioritization of SA resources across the assigned region to ensure coverage and efficiency.
  • Strategize with regional sales leadership to align SA activities with sales priorities and agreed sales qualification/strategy.
  • Recruit, train, develop, coach, and retain top-caliber SA talent and provide ongoing feedback to management on team performance.
  • Act as an individual contributor and role model by delivering technical and functional expertise during the sales process, including presentations and demonstrations.
  • Demonstrate and communicate product architecture and integration approaches to prospects and internal stakeholders.
  • Facilitate sharing of knowledge and scaling of best practices across the broader organization and ensure team maintains product and presentation certifications.
  • Drive administrative excellence, ensure high-quality sales engineering activities, manage workload distribution, and maintain compliance with company policies.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a pre-sales role with a track record of success.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or similar advanced degree considered a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication and team facilitation skills.
  • Expert knowledge of Business Spend Management (BSM).
  • Strong solution advisor presentation and demonstration skills and the ability to discuss architecture and integrations.
  • Proven value-based selling skills with a track record as an individual presales contributor on multiple deals above $1M ASCV.
  • Demonstrated ability to recruit, train, coach, and retain high-performing teams and to manage differing opinions to achieve the best outcome.
  • Self-motivated, decisive, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and committed to maintaining professional integrity and policy compliance.
  • Willingness to maintain product and presentation certifications and to promote knowledge sharing across internal forums.
