Description

  • Own the end-to-end Lead-to-Opportunity lifecycle, including lead capture, enrichment, routing, qualification, and opportunity stage management.
  • Partner with business leaders and architects to define the target-state architecture and evolve the system ahead of business growth.
  • Serve as a gatekeeper against tool sprawl by maximizing existing platform capabilities before introducing new vendors.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a pod of Salesforce Developers and Business Systems Analysts.
  • Plan team capacity, balance project work with operational support, and reduce burnout.
  • Coach developers on Apex and LWC best practices and scalable architecture.
  • Coach BSAs on translating stakeholder needs into clear user stories and technical requirements.
  • Lead the design and configuration of Salesforce Sales Cloud objects and processes.
  • Build and maintain Flows, lead assignment rules, queues, and workflows.
  • Oversee master data management to maintain clean, deduplicated, and enriched data.
  • Own integrations with marketing automation and other GTM systems, including routing, enrichment, forecasting, and analytics tools.
  • Manage the L2O portfolio as a service, including bi-weekly health and transparency reviews.
  • Define, track, and improve KPIs for quality, velocity, efficiency, SLA adherence, and uptime.
  • Lead adoption of AI tools and implement AI-assisted workflows for intake, development, QA, and support.

Requirements

  • 8–12+ years of experience in GTM systems with a focus on the Lead-to-Opportunity lifecycle.
  • 3+ years of direct people management experience leading technical teams such as Developers, BSAs, or System Admins.
  • Advanced hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud.
  • Familiarity with Enterprise Territory Management (ETM) is a plus.
  • Proficiency with LeanData, Marketo or 6sense, ZoomInfo, and Outreach or Clari.
  • Strong understanding of lead routing logic, territory modeling, and analytics tools such as Snowflake and Tableau.
  • Experience working in an agile environment.
  • Proven ability to lead without authority and push back on stakeholders to protect system health.
  • Experience managing third-party vendors and driving technical accountability.
  • Ability to create precise technical requirements from ambiguous stakeholder requests.
