Description

  • Lead the end-to-end sales cycle for Professional Services in an assigned territory, including prospecting, qualifying, maturing, and closing new service engagements.
  • Develop and execute a services territory strategy and account plans.
  • Generate services opportunities and manage pursuit activities.
  • Prepare and present project proposals and Statements of Work (SOWs).
  • Lead negotiations with customers to secure new deals.
  • Build and maintain customer relationships from initial engagement through deal closure and beyond.
  • Support successful project delivery and the sale of follow-on services offerings.
  • Identify customer pain points and recommend scalable solutions that improve value realization.
  • Collaborate with Software Sales teams to align services opportunities with broader deals.
  • Work with Professional Services Engagement Managers and Solution Design Architects to design, estimate, and scope engagements, including partner-led engagements.

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of outbound sales experience selling consulting projects, solutions, or managed services in a Software/SaaS environment.
  • Demonstrated expertise in procurement and accounting processes.
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships across all organizational levels, internally and with clients and partners.
  • Strong discretionary effort, discipline, and organizational skills to ensure consistent execution and scalable growth.
  • Positive, proactive mindset with commitment to continuous professional development.
  • Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience working with Professional Services engagements is preferred.
  • Experience collaborating with partners and cross-functional sales or delivery teams is preferred.
