Description

  • Project manage analyst research deadlines and deliverables, including large evaluation projects, survey submissions, customer reference requests, briefing scheduling, and demo scheduling.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders across product marketing, product management, customer marketing, customer success, and other teams to prepare Coupa representatives for analyst interactions.
  • Oversee analyst firm contracts and ensure deliverables are used effectively while staying on budget.
  • Manage the internal repository of sales-focused analyst relations content and ensure it is communicated to sales in usable formats.
  • Plan and support analyst-facing events such as advisory days and analyst days in coordination with the analyst relations team and events team.
  • Curate and maintain a list of key industry analysts for a product area, including tracking their focus areas and Coupa coverage.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the analyst relations function.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in analyst relations, communications, product marketing, project management, or event management.
  • Demonstrated ability to build internal and external partnerships at all levels of the company.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Experience managing large, complex projects with short turnaround times and many stakeholders.
  • Strong relationship-building and collaboration skills, including the ability to work with senior executives.
  • Self-starter with a strong bias for action and high proactivity.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with creative problem-solving ability.
  • Deep knowledge of Asana or another project management software tool.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Experience in analyst relations, communications, marketing, project management, executive assistant, or event management roles (preferred and reiterated).
