Description

  • Assist with preparing and launching training programs, including application management, instructional staff hiring, cross-functional collaboration, and client communication.
  • Collaborate with Product, Operations, Business Operations, and Curriculum teams to run program operations.
  • Support live class operations and help ensure learners, instructors, and teaching assistants have a positive program experience.
  • Troubleshoot learner needs and respond to inquiries in a timely, professional manner.
  • Analyze program and product data to uncover actionable insights across channels, geographies, and client segments.
  • Complete ad hoc projects related to data science and data analytics training programs.
  • Assist Program Managers with the admissions process, including application setup, launch, applicant pipeline monitoring, reporting, and applicant support.
  • Collaborate internally to test new products and build growth strategies.
  • Manage live class operations on Saturdays and coordinate compensatory time off as needed.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of full-time professional experience, ideally in an operations or analytics role.
  • Minimum 4-year college degree or equivalent experience.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency required, with strong written and spoken communication in both languages.
  • Experience managing cross-functional, high-impact projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with large audiences and varying levels of English proficiency.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work well under pressure with minimal supervision.
  • Proactive mindset, high attention to detail, and ability to learn quickly.
  • Strong customer service ethic with experience supporting individuals and clients.
  • Familiarity with Google Suite and Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Familiarity with Slack and Zoom strongly preferred.
  • Ability to work remote from Latin America in the EST time zone.
  • Availability to work Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM ET, with occasional Saturday work.
