Description

  • Assist with preparing and launching training programs, including application management, instructional staff hiring, cross-functional collaboration, and client communication.
  • Collaborate with Program Managers, Product, Business Operations, and Curriculum teams to support program execution.
  • Support live class operations and troubleshoot learner needs to maintain a professional learning environment.
  • Monitor applicant pipelines, manage application setup and launch, and support admissions reporting and outreach.
  • Provide timely responses to learner, instructor, teaching assistant, and stakeholder inquiries.
  • Perform anecdotal and statistical analysis on product and program data to uncover actionable insights.
  • Complete ad hoc projects related to data science and data analytics training programs.
  • Help assess and test new products and contribute to growth strategies.
  • Manage live class operations on Saturdays and coordinate compensatory time off as needed.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of full-time professional experience, ideally in operations or analytics.
  • A minimum 4-year college degree or equivalent experience.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish fluency required, with written and spoken communication ability in both languages.
  • Experience managing cross-functional, high-impact projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for large audiences and varying levels of English proficiency.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
  • Proactive mindset, high attention to detail, and ability to learn quickly.
  • Strong customer service ethic and experience supporting relationships with individuals and clients.
  • Familiarity with Google Suite and Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Familiarity with Slack and Zoom strongly preferred.
  • Ability to work remote from Latin America and align to EST, with standard working hours of Monday-Friday, 9AM-6PM ET.
  • Availability for occasional Saturday work, with compensatory time off provided.
