Description

  • Manage freight and logistics operations end to end, including shipment tracking, delivery coordination, warehouse communication, and purchase order uploads.
  • Coordinate with warehouse teams to maintain inventory accuracy and support smooth fulfillment operations.
  • Create and manage monthly purchase orders based on sell-through rates, inventory forecasts, and revenue projections.
  • Monitor inventory movement and identify stock risks before they affect operations.
  • Maintain accurate product information and variants in Shopify.
  • Build and maintain operational spreadsheets, trackers, and reporting systems.
  • Analyze large datasets related to inventory, returns, customer service trends, and product quality.
  • Create dashboards and business reports that improve visibility into logistics and operational performance.
  • Develop AI-supported workflows and automations to reduce manual work and improve efficiency.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, warehouse, customer support, and leadership teams.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in logistics, supply chain, ecommerce operations, or inventory management.
  • Hands-on experience with Shopify and understanding of product data structures.
  • Strong experience managing freight, purchase orders, shipment tracking, and warehouse coordination.
  • Advanced spreadsheet skills and the ability to build professional, scalable operational trackers and reports.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills with experience working with large datasets.
  • Experience using Claude, ChatGPT, or similar AI tools within operational workflows.
  • Ability to build structured systems and improve operational processes.
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a remote environment.
  • Experience connecting data across Shopify, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Klaviyo is preferred.
  • Familiarity with APIs, automations, or AI integrations is preferred.
  • Experience building dashboards or centralized reporting systems is preferred.
  • Previous experience in ecommerce or consumer product businesses is preferred.
  • Experience with inventory forecasting and margin analysis is preferred.
