Description

  • Take ownership of new enterprise client relationships after the sales handoff.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for senior client stakeholders and build trusted-advisor relationships.
  • Understand client organizational challenges and translate them into well-scoped Correlation One engagements.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of pilot programs and ongoing engagements.
  • Develop follow-on proposals and commercial terms using existing frameworks tailored to each client.
  • Identify expansion opportunities within accounts and shape the next engagement over time.
  • Represent the client internally to keep solutions and delivery aligned with client needs.

Requirements

  • 8–14 years of professional experience in enterprise workforce development, corporate learning, consulting, or a related field.
  • Direct experience owning enterprise client relationships as the primary point of contact.
  • Proven track record of expanding accounts through delivery quality and relationship depth.
  • Experience structuring proposals, SOWs, or commercial terms for customized engagements.
  • Comfort operating at the C-suite and senior VP level with buyers such as CHROs and CLOs.
  • Ability to coordinate cross-functional internal teams for delivery without direct authority.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with comfort working autonomously and building new relationships.
  • Background in AI readiness, data literacy, digital upskilling, or workforce transformation is preferred.
  • Experience with Fortune 500 clients or government agencies is preferred.
  • Prior experience at Korn Ferry, BTS, GP Strategies, FranklinCovey, DDI, CCL, or a consulting human capital/learning practice is preferred.
  • Familiarity with a land-and-expand model is preferred.
