Description

  • Take over new client relationships from the sales team after deal close and serve as the primary point of contact.
  • Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, including CHROs, Chief AI Officers, CLOs, and VPs of L&D.
  • Translate client organizational challenges into well-scoped Correlation One engagements.
  • Coordinate internal teams to deliver pilot programs and ongoing engagements successfully.
  • Structure follow-on proposals and commercial terms using existing company frameworks tailored to each client.
  • Identify expansion opportunities within accounts and shape the next engagement based on client needs.
  • Act as the voice of the client internally to keep solutions and delivery aligned with expectations.

Requirements

  • 8–14 years of professional experience in enterprise workforce development, corporate learning, consulting, or a related field.
  • Direct experience owning enterprise client relationships as the primary point of contact.
  • Track record of growing accounts through delivery quality and relationship depth, not just renewals.
  • Experience structuring proposals, SOWs, or commercial terms for customized engagements.
  • Comfort operating at the C-suite and senior VP level with buyers such as CHROs and CLOs.
  • Ability to orchestrate cross-functional internal teams for delivery without direct authority.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with comfort working autonomously and building rather than maintaining.
  • Background in AI readiness, data literacy, digital upskilling, or workforce transformation is preferred.
  • Experience with Fortune 500 clients or government agencies is preferred.
  • Prior experience at Korn Ferry, BTS, GP Strategies, FranklinCovey, DDI, CCL, or a consulting firm’s human capital or learning practice is preferred.
  • Familiarity with the land-and-expand model for scaling successful pilots across an enterprise is preferred.
