Description

  • Plan and execute integrated campaigns across email, paid media, webinars, and events for prospect and customer segments.
  • Manage multiple campaign launches at once while ensuring consistent messaging and coordinated execution across channels.
  • Partner with channel and program managers to develop campaign assets such as ads, emails, landing pages, and microsites.
  • Track campaign impact on MQLs, SQLs, pipeline creation, and expansion, and use performance data to guide optimization.
  • Analyze engagement and conversion trends to identify gaps and recommend improvements based on data.
  • Work with Demand Operations to define target cohorts and operationalize segmented outreach by persona, use case, and account intelligence.
  • Prioritize high-value accounts and monitor progression through pipeline stages.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing and cross-functional partners to test and refine persona-based messaging.
  • Run A/B tests across subject lines, content angles, and CTAs and apply learnings to future campaigns.
  • Oversee content management system collections and maintain the marketing asset library to support campaigns.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B demand generation or marketing programs, with enterprise experience preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • Demonstrated ownership of multi-channel campaign performance.
  • Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to tailor messaging by persona.
  • Experience with a marketing automation platform such as Marketo, Pardot, or HubSpot.
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM.
  • Experience with virtual event platforms such as ON24.
  • Experience with project management tools such as Asana.
  • Experience with content management tools such as Paperflight and Cleverstory.
  • Experience executing segmented or account-based campaigns.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into action.
  • Comfort working cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience using AI tools in campaign development workflows.

  • Salary range of $70,000 to $80,000 per year.
