Description

  • Design and implement Microsoft 365 E5 solutions that balance productivity and security across client environments.
  • Lead collaboration and migration initiatives across Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, and Exchange Online.
  • Manage Exchange and file migrations to Microsoft 365, including tenant-to-tenant and hybrid transformation projects.
  • Establish governance for collaboration, external sharing, permissions, and data lifecycle management.
  • Design and implement Microsoft Intune solutions for device enrollment, provisioning, application deployment, and mobile application management.
  • Configure device compliance policies, endpoint security controls, and Conditional Access integration based on device state.
  • Lead modern endpoint transformation efforts, including Windows Autopilot, co-management, and cloud-first device management strategies.
  • Implement Microsoft 365 security and compliance solutions using Defender and Purview capabilities such as DLP, retention, eDiscovery, and compliance management.
  • Design and implement Microsoft Entra ID solutions, including Conditional Access, MFA, authentication strategies, and hybrid identity configurations.
  • Serve as technical lead on engagements, mentor junior consultants, provide training to client IT staff, and contribute to standards, best practices, and practice development.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in technology infrastructure design and deployment roles focused on Microsoft technologies.
  • 3+ years of consulting or client-facing delivery experience.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 productivity workloads, including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Exchange.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, including MDM/MAM, Autopilot, and endpoint compliance.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft security solutions, including Defender, Purview, and Entra ID.
  • Experience designing and implementing enterprise Microsoft 365 solutions across multiple customer environments.
  • Strong understanding of identity and access management concepts and cloud security principles.
  • Relevant certifications such as MS-102, MD-102, SC-300, SC-100, or SC-200 preferred.
  • Experience with compliance frameworks such as CMMC, NIST, ISO, HIPAA, or PCI is a plus.
  • Experience with automation tools such as PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, self-starter mindset, and excellent time management skills.
