Description

  • Define and lead technical roadmaps for scalable, high-performance systems.
  • Set standards for code quality, design, and implementation.
  • Mentor junior and senior engineers and support their technical and career growth.
  • Identify and implement software development best practices across the team.
  • Lead architectural discussions and drive long-term system improvements.
  • Collaborate with product managers, stakeholders, designers, and engineers on technical strategy and solutions.
  • Resolve technical debt and improve platform architecture.
  • Make decisions on technology stacks, tools, and frameworks aligned with business goals.
  • Ensure timely delivery of features and services within quality, budget, and time constraints.
  • Lead technical interviews and contribute to hiring and onboarding new team members.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of software engineering experience.
  • Experience leading technical work on complex, high-scale systems.
  • Deep experience designing scalable, performant architectures.
  • Ability to make technology decisions that support product and team growth.
  • Strong focus on code quality, design, and implementation standards.
  • Experience mentoring engineers and sharing knowledge effectively.
  • Comfort working in ambiguity and defining technical roadmaps from business goals.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with Product, Design, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
  • Willingness to stay current with industry trends and challenge the status quo.
