Description

  • Develop software in Go and Python.
  • Design, build, and improve shared services and engineering capabilities for critical government systems.
  • Review teammates’ code and contribute to engineering quality.
  • Write design documents to communicate technical ideas.
  • Own projects and drive them forward independently.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to support reliable, scalable software delivery.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional software engineering experience.
  • Ability to work independently and ramp quickly in complex environments.
  • Ability to take ownership of projects and move them forward.
  • Experience with engineering best practices.
  • Go and Python experience is helpful but not required; willingness to learn is important.
  • Growth-oriented mindset and intrinsic motivation to learn and improve.
  • Kindness, grit, perseverance, and resilience.
  • Authorized to work in the United States and currently residing in the U.S. or its territories.
  • Have resided in the U.S. or its territories for at least three of the past five years.
  • Able to perform all work physically within the United States or its territories.
