Description

  • Own full P&L responsibility for strategic partnerships after launch, including revenue, margin, and growth targets.
  • Serve as the primary day-to-day relationship owner for external partner stakeholders at commercial, operational, and executive levels.
  • Define and execute post-launch growth roadmaps to expand scope, volume, geographies, product offerings, and commercial terms.
  • Translate partnership goals into quarterly and annual operating plans with KPIs, forecasts, and performance dashboards.
  • Orchestrate cross-functional teams across product, operations, supply chain, marketing, finance, customer experience, and legal to deliver on commitments and SLAs.
  • Lead weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews with external partners, including reporting, issue resolution, and strategic planning.
  • Proactively identify and resolve operational issues that could affect partnership performance or relationship health.
  • Surface partnership insights and feedback to internal product, operations, and commercial roadmaps.
  • Negotiate and manage commercial amendments, renewals, and expansions with legal and finance support.
  • Build internal reporting cadence and executive narratives around partnership performance and strategic value.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, partner/account management, business development, consulting, business analytics, or general management with P&L ownership.
  • Proven track record of owning and growing a complex commercial relationship or business line, ideally post-launch or post-deal.
  • Strong commercial and analytical acumen with experience owning a P&L, building forecasts, and using data to drive decisions.
  • Exceptional cross-functional leadership skills with the ability to influence without authority.
  • Outstanding relationship management and executive communication skills with experience representing a business to senior external stakeholders.
  • Operator’s mindset with willingness to work in the details and unblock issues as they arise.
  • Experience in food, CPG, marketplaces, retail, hospitality, or other operationally complex industries is a plus.
  • Entrepreneurial and adaptable to evolving partnership dynamics and shifting priorities.
